Why buy a new home that costs too much money to run and buy? Most of us appreciate that buying a home is an expensive business. But more and more of us also realise that the cost of running a home can also be a very important consideration when purchasing.

Many will also know that we have to all lower our energy consumption if we are to reduce carbon entering the atmosphere, which threatens to change our climate.
