Low running costs - CREO ICFs have superior thermal performance compared to conventional methods of construction and therefore provide low running costs (for heating and cooling).  This means that you can turn your heating on later in the year and switch it off earlier because there is better retention of heat within the building. You are also able to use smaller heat sources, such as air source heat pumps as CREO buildings need up to 90% less heat than conventional buildings. Good acoustic performance - Due to the density and thickness of the concrete cores within the CREO system, excellent acoustic insulation comes as standard.

Fire resistance - All Insulated Concrete Forms provide fire protection in excess of normal requirements. Neopor (expanded polystyrene) is manufactured containing a flame retardant, which means the ICF does not support a flame.
